The Modern Commons Party is a new federal political movement rooted in balance — combining social progress with practical economic ideas. We’re building a Canada where housing is a human right, healthcare is universal and accessible, and reconciliation is more than a buzzword.
But before we can appear on your ballot, we need your help.
Elections Canada requires 250 signatures to officially register the Modern Commons Party. That’s where you come in.
Though we would love for you to get involved further, you don’t need to become a member or commit to vote for our party. You are simply saying, “Yes, this party should exist”

To be eligible, you must:
Be a Canadian citizen
Be at least 14 years old
Be a member of only one federal political party
Support the principles of the Modern Commons Party
You do not need to donate, attend events, or commit beyond signing the official form — though we'd love for you to stay involved.
You must not hold membership in another federal political party while a member of Modern Commons.
